It is a late post-classic Mexica sculpture housed in the National Anthropology Museum in Mexico City and is perhaps the most famous work of Aztec sculpture. The plaque (not sure if it is resin or acrylic ) is a brass embossed plate hand painted with bright colors. approx. 4.25" diameter Good pre-owned condition.
