phoebelamour @blayerr still interested - all you have to do is lay the dress down on your bed or wherever, and hold the measuring tape flat across the bust from armpit to armpit. Whatever that numer is (probably around 16") is the bust measurement. Then do the ssme w/ waist at the thinnest part (probably around the 14" neighborhood). Hips is across hem or widest point of dress on the bottom half. Hope this jelps!
