Azazie halter look dress

I guess you could wear this really any wear formal I just believe it was made as a bridesmaid's dress. A soft powder blue with a little bit of muting that pushes into the gray tones of the blue. there is a chiffon overlay r that is a beautiful lie pleaded and it has a halter like feel to it because of the inset shoulders but it is a fullback. the chiffon layer is share so there's an under layer the same color and the bust line of that has some padding to it. There is a back zipper in excellent condition
