Reposhing this item I purchased from @lweeks87. I wore it once last summer when I was in my friend’s wedding. It’s absolutely lovely and very flattering! High neck, with a sweetheart neckline covered with tulle or semi-sheer fabric which goes up to the neck. Strappy details on the back, a full skirt with several layers.
