Does it have built in bra cups for 38c? And could it fit someone who wears a 2-3x?

@elisemyers yes! Though it’s not like a BRA bra, it’s like the bathing suit cups built in! Would def fit a 38C. The size chart on their website lists a 50in bust, 44 3/4 waist, 53 1/2 in hips

@ryannmiller28 ahh ok unfortunately I don’t think it’ll work because I have 45 around top and 47 around middle

Actually would you say it’s more forgiving in the stomach area? Would it still work if I measured 45 around the chest?

@elisemyers yes I would say it’s got room! Very flattering on cause the smallest part of the dress is the natural waist, so it just flows down over the hips/stomach!

@ryannmiller28 I measured my waist and my whole stomach is bigger and 47-48😩 I really like this dress, I’m just afraid it might be too big up top and too small at the waist since it said 50 up top and I’m 45 up top and I’m afraid the waist part may be too tight unless it falls right below the breast area. I’m terrified of get the wrong size, I’m the matron of honor at my sisters wedding

@elisemyers Totally understand! The top hits in the boob/arm pit area—might fit you better there! The waist is about ½”–1” below the true natural waist. The skirt is super roomy with multiple layers, so even if the slip layer (which the measurements are based on) feels snug, you can’t tell because of the flowy chiffon layers. It’s a beautiful dress—I wore it as MOH in my sister’s wedding! No pressure at all—you could always resell if it doesn’t work out!

@elisemyers it also looks like it would be easy to take in on the top because there’s hem lines on the sides under the armpits! Same with the straps, they would definitely be easy to make tighter if that was a concern!

Well I’m 5’7 and weigh around 245. 38c and bigger mid section. I’m torn on what to do at this point because I need a dress and don’t have time to get one altered or anything and you’re the only person that has gotten back to me on any of these websites lol. I’m mainly concerned about the extra 5 inches in the top area and wondering if I need a bra with it. Also how do the straps work? Do you twist it around?

@elisemyers I feel like from what you’ve told me this dress would work for you? The straps are twisted at the front permanently! They are straight up and down on the back and you just slide your arms into them.
