Original size. Comes with shoulder strap. Outside is good condition, some wear on the bottom corners (not that noticeable). The only call out is the inside of the bag has some obvious cracks in the material where the top of the bag would fold to open. The inside material is not leather. Also, the front big pocket has a few pen marks. Again, all the flaws are not noticeable when the bag is closed and perfectly functional.
