Axist Men's Dress Pants 40x30

This is a pair of Axist pants. They are a dress style and feel of pants. Yes the back pockets have buttons and they are there. They are marked as size 40X30 and are about 20 inches flat at the waist and the inseam is about 30 inches. They is some smuts on the front I saw when taking the picture, I would expect it will wash out (fresh from an estate).
