I personally distress each pair. This pair is a size 6. Very slow on the hips. Very distressed. I put some time and effort in making these so they are fun. The waist is approx 30" I normally wear a 25 and I can wear these they are just baggy on me. Lace detail. Not one teaspoon. :)
