It's warm, fuzzy soft material, awesome colorful designs all over the Top. Multi-color, green tan, bright burgundy . 100% Acrylic. At bottom of Top it had a draw string to pull tight close to waist or body, but pulled out string tie inside of Top. Gently used & looks great.

@edunc22 No, I wear M and it fits, but I like it loose fitting, but pull-over sweat-tops usually run looser & the top says size S .
