Lovely vintage Avon pin/pendant Necklace combo...Large faceted cirtine color glass stone surrounded by olive green rhinestones...all on a goldtone heart setting...Pendant measures 1 1/4 inches and chain is approx 17 inches with a spring ring closure..Pendant has a pin stem and bail so you can wear it alone as a pin or on a chain for a necklace..Signed Avon...from the 1974 collection...
