Avon Betsy Ross 1976 Vintage Bicentennial figurine/decanter, with out the box. Betsy is shown sewing the first American Colonial Flag. Originally the decanter held 4oz of Topaz Cologne, Still some remaining. Betsy would be a wonderful addition to an American, Patriotic, or Avon collector. Betsy is in excellent condition for being 46 years old. She has no scratches or chips. some loss of paint under the arm.
