bbsteeprock I am just confused because the photo shows three pair but the first phrase in the description says one pair.. and in the photo only two pair (the two I need to purchase asap) have the rhinestones. So, I am ready to purchase immediately and definitely need to know the specifics before I do. I also need to know if they are selling as a set of 3 for $10 or is that $10 each?

bbehner @lewskys it’s ok... so which pair is it that’s available? Where did you get them originally? My grandma is the one who wants these and I have not been able to find them anywhere except on your site so if you know where you got yours maybe I can get her the other pair from there? I will definitely get these if they are the right pair...

bbehner My grandmother never received her purple pair of glasses? Do you have a tracking number for those? She did receive the blue ones and they were perfect just like the one she really wanted so we really appreciate that you had these. Please let me know when you can thank you.

lewskys I am unable to find the tracking number that was provided when I shipped the item. You may wish to contact support to get the tracking number. It does show as being delivered on my end but I cannot delve any further into the transaction. I do apologize for the inconvenience!

bbehner @lewskys ok, I really appreciate your communication. She still has not received them and we can’t pull the tracking info. We are going to wait a week and see if they show up since it was the holidays and W2 season - perhaps they just got lost in the mail and hopefully not stolen. It’s my grandmother so they were very special to get to her. She got her favorite color so she is happy with that. What happens if they never come?

lewskys You're welcome! I am sorry that it has become an issue. As per the tracking information via USPS they were delivered to the address that was on the order. I would gladly send you another pair however I do not have anymore of the purple in stock. I would suggest contacting the USPS with the tracking number to see if a possible dispute could be opened with them in regards to the missing parcel. Also if at all possible checking with neighbors to see if it was mis delivered to them instead

bbehner @lewskys she never received them so they either got lost in the mail or someone stole them. I will try purchasing another pair when I get paid. Thank you for your responses and for your help.

lewskys @bbehner I am so sorry that there was such a problem with getting these! I am out of the purple that she originally wanted right now and don't have an ETA on more at the moment. I will let you know if I get any in sooner!
