Avenue Hi Lo Lace Summer Dress

Brand new with tags never worn. Bought this for my mom and dad’s vow renewal last summer (2019) and it didn’t fit and forgot to return it. Paid $65 + shipping brand new. Has been stored in a dress bag (not included with purchase) since I received it. Lace, hi lo style skirt, zipper and button in back. Size 14/16 women’s.
