Avenue Blouse

This blouse is one of my favorites. It has 3/4 sleeves with a roll tab, but they are sewn in place to avoid unrolling. The size label is marked 22/24 but it fits better as size 22. The color is dark teal, less blue than my photo. The stock photo is more accurate for color.
