The top layer is textured, I tried to show that in the photos. Width: 28 inches Length: 32 inches *I measure the items while on the hanger. For width, I do the hem in the armpit to the other side, adding some tension not stretching it as far as it will stretch. For length, I start at the highest part on the shoulder down to the hem. If it is an asymmetrical style, I will measure to the shortest part* *Every item I have up for sale has been washed unless it’s New with the Tags.
