Beautiful floral, v-neck, button down, sheer blouse with balloon sleeves. This white sheer top is decorated with delicate purple and peach flowers on a white, textured background. The sleeves are elastic at the wrist and feature a small ruffle from the neckline to the wrist. Fabric-covered buttons blend in to the front of this top. Sheer fabric is textured and would look pretty over a white cami or tank top.
