Curious if this is the same one you previously sold? Was it returned due to the issue of the strap? Is the deformity the fact that is bends and is stiff?

@jacelinescloset It’s not the same one. I bought multiple rodeos to build up my profile. The previous one is in better condition. This strap of this one is slightly deformed because it’s been hang on my bag. The material is very soft.
