This is a beautiful Antique dress from the late 1920s in a stunning hunter green velvet. Only flaws are a couple tiny holes in neck tie and two places I believe were where to belt was secured have been removed please see photos. This is a stunning antique piece still solid and wearable. Measurements are below there are no enclosures so must be put on overhead meant to not be skin tight. Best for a medium I believed I am a 34-27-36 it is large on me.
