Authentic YSL black patent leather heel size 40 1/2

This is an authentic pair of Yves Saint Laurent black patent leather heels in a size 40 1/2 but fit like a 9 to a 9 1/2. This is a beautiful shoe with a pointed toe and a 4 1/2 inch heel. Underneath the heel, there is a beautiful gold accent. Pads have been put in the front of the shoe for comfort, but I’m sure they could be removed. These shoes are an excellent used condition… Please refer to photos. These shoes are classic with any outfit!
