atototle @auntcoley hi, unfortunately I don’t because my ex has it. However, I can 100% guarantee authenticity and I also had it cleaned at the Cartier store recently

auntcoley @jennykkuma thank you for your response. I absolutely believe it's authentic since you have the receipt. When I called Cartier previously they said they required certification if the ring needed to be sent to them for any reason.

atototle @auntcoley I went in person to the south coast plaza Cartier to get my rings cleaned and they didn’t require the certificate! It may vary from store to store though so I’m not sure

atototle @auntcoley I do have a receipt from that day, but it doesn’t detail much other than the associate who helped me and that it was $0 for the service. I believe you can only do 1 polishing free of charge

auntcoley @jennykkuma okay. Thank you. I don't live near a store...so I would have to mail it. If I needed it sized down a bit they said I'd have to send the certificate in with it.

atototle @auntcoley Ah! I see. For the love rings, my SA said that they don’t resize them because it distorts the design. They also charge about 60% of the original price in order to get anything resized
