Pants size XS also, Waist 13.5in flat across. Sexy low rise fit, 7.5in Inseam 31.5in Flares 9.5in Fit is Y2K sexy low rise stretch. Tight around butt and thighs than starts to flare at the knee. This is a vintage piece in amazing condition. No flaws noted accept some minor cracking to the logo on the butt, Unfortunately this is almost impossible to avoid.
