I purchased this piece from an antique mall about 10 years ago. It has been hanging in a plastic bag in my closet only worn once for part of a costume. It is beautifully made. No tag. It does have some flaws but would make a beautiful piece in a shadow box or as part of a victorian dress form. I know what I paid for it it was worth every penny and so I'm just trying to get some of my money back
