This beautiful Elsa Peretti sterling pen is at least 20 years old & is in mint condition, but it does need a new ink cartridge, which can easily be purchased from Tiffany & Co. If getting the cartridge is a hassle for you, let me know & I can get it for you. Pen DOESN’T come with a Tiffany & Co. pouch.
