Can you fix the tears on the bottom? Would a seamstress be able to fix it?

@lyzahjane29 I’m not sure. The tears don’t go all the way through, it’s just the exterior layer of fabric. I had bought patches that I was going to put over them but am downsizing because I don’t have time anymore
