cyl0825 @memoryofus hello! Thanks for asking. It's actually a pair I got from my ex after we broke up. I thought I was size 6 before. After one wore, the shoes are still a little tight and uncomfortable. It will be a hassle to ask my ex for the receipt and I believe any strong independent woman wouldn't even bother to contact her ex. Therefore, here is the Valentino flats on Poshmark.

cyl0825 @wynr I usually wear size 6.5. When I was trying the shoes, I didn't walk around with them. I only see if my foot can get in. When I walk, there is no enough space for my foot.

jw6794 @anniemeower nordstrom will take these back without a receipt. The sale sticker you have shown is all you need. Doesn't matter if they're used.

jw6794 @anniemeower that doesn't seem right. Nordstrom always tries to satisfy their customers and have been known to take back worn shoes especially if they don't fit correctly and you're unhappy with them. They're barely worn so I don't understand why they wouldn't return them for you unless you asked for money back on a card that wasn't used for the transaction or cash back. Without a receipt they do store credit. You must have gotten a very picky sales person.

jw6794 @anniemeower The sticker when they scan it brings up the transaction record so they will only refund the purchaser. This was bought by your ex? So your ex gets the refund, not you.

cyl0825 @jw6794 they told me it's the designer shoes cannot be accepted in worn condition. So maybe other shoes are different.
