@lambaddict Hello, it's in the same condition as in the pictures. I would rate it at 8 out of 10. I did add a pin that fits in the pin holder as well as a calendar
. Size is 5 1/2" by 4"

@handmaidstale the pen(not lv) comes with it. I purchased it from Amazon. The insert can be found on etsy or lv does sell them but they are usually sold out. I do have one included with it for 2021 year.
