Authentic PRADA ivory tab collar button front blouse size 38 made in Italy

Authentic classic PRADA button down blouse in off-white/ivory Size 38 I think this is called a tab collar? - see pics - but it's what makes this blouse different from most Fabric tag cut out so I don't know content but assume cotton blend ; nice luxurious feeling fabric White pearl-ish buttons in front and at each cuff Has snap added at bust line to keep blouse from gaping on me; could be removed if not needed Shorter length which I like since I'm 5'4" Made in Italy Has a stitch on each side of collar in identical spots - never even noticed until I photographed this up close - not sure what this was for?
