@klv5088 Totally understood! Yes it is authentic, it is a gift given by my mom's friend, she bought from local PRADA store and it came with certificate and receipt, but they are lost when I removed to my new house.

@yalameddine The measurements are clearly stated in the description I don't think it is a good excuse by just saying you mistook the size. Btw I already bought a large shipping box and packed it carefully and ready to ship tmr, I also removed all listings of this bag on other websites. I'm afraid I won't accept your excuse, sorry about that. And if you still insist to cancel order I will report this issue to posh customer center see what they say about it. Sorry.

@stneverland I DID ask customer service, and the easiest situation would be for you to cancel the order before going through the trouble to ship it. You need the large shipping box anyway, regardless. It will save both of us excess trouble if you just kindly refund and cancel the order.
