This beautiful timeless bracelet is by Cartier. It is brand new in its original iconic red and gold box and outer box and also comes with the certificate of authentication. Purchased in 1996 and never used it was designed to be worn alone as shown or used as a charm bracelet. I just listed a brand new Cartier Panther charm that can be attached to this bracelet.
