lilacsnlavender @cartcook First, please accept my much delayed response. This skirt made-to-order and based on waist size. Its made of authentic mud cloth and mud cloth is a handmade fabric from Africa. In most cases, I cannot go lower on the price because I get the fabric at retail price.
