apparelcloseout @vintage_vampira hi! the size is referring to the jeans not the buttons. The buttons only come in 2 sizes....the large buttons are for the front closure and the back flap pockets. The small buttons [the ones in this listing] are for the front pockets and back patch. Sorry for the confusion!
