amielaventhall @l_huffine The strap is not removeable. The stripe is kind of an ombre a effect. It is red in the middle and fades out to a llhot pink on the edges. I am going to post a new picture just now because as I pulled the purse out of the closet to check the strap I did notice spot are to on the back where are the color on the stripe is fading. I don't think it's an issue at all but I just want to be a 100% clear before you consider purchasing
