I still have not received my bag back... devastated is not the word ... you have no idea of the roller coaster this bag has been on and STILL not back in my hands ... the post office stated it’s at PM headquarters ...PM headquarters said they don’t have it and there’s an open investigation at USPS... upset, disappointed, and angry is not even close to the emotional level I’m feeling on this .... nuts....

@quincydo thankfully I added additional insurance to the shipping ... which is what created the nightmare ... they pulled a new shipping label ... so in one respect I should be covered in terms of fee .. but honestly it doesn’t make up for my bag ... gone missing
