Used. Has color transfer in some exterior areas. The straps are in good shape, vachetta has a lovely honey color. Some of the straps have dark marks from the hardware. Inside is mostly clean with a few minor spots. This bag is great for everyday use, fits a lot. I am plus size and it fits on the shoulders. The length of the straps can be adjusted.
