gettumgirl @shirlvuk ...did not want to post on your bag again...I stay in LV here for refurbished items...even for a hairline crack they won't touch it...and I can tell you from experience because I had a speedy 35 for the zipper to be repaired...and I always take photos of my items...and it was examined before it left out by the LV official and they sent it with no cracks...after waiting for 6 weeks for it..Lv said it had a crack...I disputed because I had pictures of it...if you look in the bottom of my closet you will see the brand new 35 they GAVE me because of there mistake...however they stand there ground on not touching anything with holes or cracks...

gettumgirl @shirlvuk ...I have a place in NJ...I have items there now...the Rago brothers...they fix high end items the designers can't touch because of there rules....the pouchette in my closet is an easy fix because LV fixes pulls for free...and the leather coming apart needs leather glue...it's such a steal...but just like I have stuff here some of my items are on eBay too...all buy it now with offers attached...I get offers all the time...sometimes I let stuff go sometimes I don't

gettumgirl @angels9670 ...yes they will do that...I would have to look and see what mine cost...but once you start pipping...it does not look right to have the rest of the leather not done that's why I sent this Samaur back to LV after they did this...my first pipping was I think about 130

Maybe I'll wait a little it's not like the piping is sticking out or anything like that. When they return it do they give you a new pouch and one of their boxes?
