Authentic Louis Vuitton Manhattan worn but usable

For your consideration is a very used authentic Louis Vuitton Manhattan pm. The inside is dirty with stains and it looks to be a couple cigarette burns. The outside is worn along the piping and the leather is also dirty. I tried to have it cleaned at my local cleaners but they wouldn't do it because of the value. This would make a great first Louis for someone at an affordable price. Zippers and buckles work fine.
