I don’t know if anyone has ever used it - it looks that good - all the slots look great - no peeling - no sticking- I don’t detect a smell Date code - SP0031 Measures 5.7" x 4" - contains generic notebook paper / ruler and stickers and zip lock plastic pockets 3 inside slots on inside front left - one big pocket back right which should fit a passport Snap fasten clicks nicely. Interior rings are shiny gold and strong.
