pards84 @amahdi1 These cuff links are an item that Senator Biden would give to local Charities (mostly Delaware charities) for their silent auctions. The cuff links were a prized item at charity auctions, which is how I got them (@ 2006). Senator Biden wore the same cuff links, except his were made of gold. I’ve only seen one other pair publicly auctioned, so they are not common.
