andreadiamond @maren2000 hi - sorry for the delay! I worked in fashion in NYC and purchased this bag directly from the Halston showroom - I guarantee it is real although it only comes with the tag on the bag. The metal plate is not scratched but has a hammered metal look so it does not photograph well. Let me know if you'd like more pictures.
