This comes with the original box the original dust bag and original mini pamphlet. This is an excellent preowned condition! Minor tarnishing that can be cleaned with a sterling silver cleaner or cloth. I did recently clean it but there is still a little tarnishing present as shown in photos (mostly in the hard to reach places). The necklace is adjustable in length. This necklace is gorgeous!
