This is the most difficult Grateful Dead backpack to find of all. I’ve sold off my entire collection and kept this one for myself as it’s so incredibly rare. Moving now, so time to let go and get some gas money for the trip….what a long strange trip it’s been. Star Bear is extremely rare xx The inside pocket has a seam hole the size of a quarter, It can easily use a few stitches other than that, it’s almost new condition! This is an antique. It was made in 1968

hoot726 This is super cute! I remember when these came out in the 90s from Liquid Blue; you might want to revise your description. The show date on the tag is not when it was made, instead it is referencing a Grateful Dead show. In this case, it’s referring to the Electric Factory 2/14/69 show, with an especially exquisite Dark Star! It’s something they did for each of the bears =} Anyhow, this is a super cool find and I wish you luck in your sales 🤙🏻💗⚡️

kittyrunrun @shainar89 yes! They are rare and a collectors piece. If yours is an original from the 60’s or 70’s they are vintage. This one here is brand new never used and very few made
