This Gabriel & Co necklace was a gift. It is authentic natural diamonds and blue topaz. The metal isn't stamped and it was a gift, my research shows that this company typically uses a combination of 18k gold and sterling silver for their pieces. Beautiful, sparkly, dainty necklace never worn.
