Condition? Corners ok? Peeling?

@markosha Good condition, the corners look good. There are some small areas where the leather is starting to peel, but really not noticeable unless you run your fingers around to find them. I will add photos. It’s not as noticeable as it looks, I focused the camera so you can see better.
