hempest If these are burgundy/wine, I’m highly interested! However, not only are different brands all over the place w their sizing, Frye is one of those companies that different models run differently & even different colors can!?! I’m usually 8-8.5, sometimes 9 in boots for my poor claustrophobic toes! Are these tts or small? What do you normally wear? Thanks kindly~

hempest @gspector most ppl just measure them laying flat across 1 half. Obviously I/you multiply by 2. They’re boots tend to run between 14 & 16”. 14-15 I’m good with~anything above I have to really like the boots!! But at 16 or higher, it’s just too wide for my leg

hempest @gspector I always have to ask if I’m remotely considering because as just happened w another pair, they’re known as more narrow for thin legs, & she included the site’s info that they’re supposedly 14”, yet when she measured they were actually 16”. She said they aren’t extended calf so 🤷🏽‍♀️ but 2” is a lot of difference!

gspector @hempest actually I just googled it and they said Frye boots run true to size. But if you have a wide foot, go up a size.
