What is the flaws of this bag? Discoloration color? Stain? Or rips?

@cherriepink HI! These are the original pictures from when I purchased this purse from another posher...Note the ink mark that can be seen in one of the photos. Another flaw is the hang tag strap separated. I'm sure this is an easy fix. I'd even be willing to take care of that repair. It's really an adorable purse and I hate that I haven't found a real reason to wear it...I grabbed it because I'm on a vintage purse vibe right now.
