The belt has 5 heavy, metal F mono and each one measures about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. The fanny or hip fabric belt bag measures about 9 inhces long, 7 inches wide and 5 inches thick. It has wear or discoloration and fading on metal mono hip belt however the fabric bag is in good condition as shown in photos.
