They are very comfortable easy to put on and takeoff and comfortable to wear all day because of their 2 1/2 inch heel height. The shaft height is at 11 inches at a highest and the opening is at 5 1/2 inches front to back. I do consider myself to have a more muscular calf and my feet and leg fit into these perfectly with no problem. For reference my foot measures 9 1/2 inches long. The ball of my foot measures 3 1/2 inches wide and I do not consider my foot to be narrow or wide just standard as far as my calfs I do consider them to be on the more muscular side , and these are perfectly fine a great fit I do have the authenticity cards both of the boot desk covers and the box that I will be sending with the purchase of these boots.
