nataliegus17 @cynthiasherm123 David Yurman has their twist shank( the metal to metal )back of the ring. some great jewelers can remake the shank. but it doesn't change the value if the ring. if you need it sized more than 2 sizes You could sent thru a DY store the well send it for you!
