Authentic Coach Planner Cover 6x8 or A5

Previously loved Coach Planner cover 6x8. You can get the refills at Coach.com or use another one that fits A5 or 6x8. Has the pen, don’t know of it doesn’t work because of the ink being old or of it needs a refill. I never used it but it doesn’t write smoothly.
