Authentic cropped Chanel blazer size 42. Chanel clothes run little small. I would say this is equivalent to size 4 US Shoulder 16” but as you can see the style can run bigger shoulder. I just measure as the normal shoulder Chest: 18” Waist: 17” From left to right so it is 34” I measure with the button on. So with unbutton, it open up more inches Length 19” Sleeve 22” Vintage and I don’t fit this anymore after having kids Let me know if you have questions.
